Appetizer of smoked lamprey

Ingredients

→ ONION
→ GRATED DRY HORSERADISH
→ SMOKED LAMPREY
→ DRESSING FOR HERRINGS

Ready-made (smoked) lampreys are cut across in pieces of 3-4 cm, put in a salad bowl, top with onions, cut into thin rings, and pour the dressing made from oil and vinegar.

This dressing is prepared in the same way as for herring (see "Dressing for herring from oil and vinegar"). However, in addition to oil and vinegar, add 1-2 teaspoons of grated dry horseradish.
