Appetizer of spicy capelin or herring spicy

Ingredients

→ PARSLEY AND DILL GREENS
→ 4-6 SPICED HERRING OR CAPELIN
→ 1-2 FRESH OR SALTED CUCUMBERS
→ 1/2 CUP MAYONNAISE
→ 1 HARD-BOILED EGG

Cucumbers are cut lengthwise into even plates, placed on a herring bed 1-2 cm apart from each other, and fillets of spicy fish are placed on top (see"Cutting fish"). Pour mayonnaise and put it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Before serving, decorate with a slice of hard-boiled egg, parsley and dill.
