Atlantic mackerel, fried in Caucasian style

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ PUNCH
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ PICKLED ONIONS, GREEN ONIONS, FRESH TOMATOES, HOT TOMATO SAUCE (SIDE DISH)
→ 500 G FROZEN ANTARCTIC MACKEREL
→ 1 TABLESPOON VEGETABLE OIL
→ 1 ONION
→ 1 LEMON

Mackerel is thawed and cut into fillets with skin and rib bones (see the article "Cutting fish"). The prepared fish is sprinkled with salt, pepper, chopped parsley, chopped onions, sprinkled with lemon juice and put in the refrigerator for marinating for 30-40 minutes. Then the mackerel is fried in a frying pan in vegetable oil until a golden crust is formed.
