Avocado with shrimp

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ SPICY MUSTARD ON THE TIP OF A KNIFE
→ GROUND WHITE PEPPER
→ 30-40 G BASIL
→ 2 TEASPOONS LEMON JUICE
→ 2 RIPE AVOCADOS
→ 2 SMALL TOMATOES
→ 150 G OF PEELED BOILED SHRIMPS
→ 1 TABLESPOON SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)

Wash the tomatoes and basil. Chop the tomatoes very finely, removing the stalks and grains. The basil leaves are also finely chopped.

Boil the shrimps in salted water, then drain the water and remove the shell from the shrimps (boiled-frozen cook for 3-5 minutes after boiling, and raw-10-12 minutes).

Next, mix the sour cream with mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes, shrimp, and Basil. Cut the avocado in half, remove the bone, remove the pulp, finely chop and mix with the shrimp sauce. Once again season with salt and pepper and fill the resulting mass with the avocado peel.
