Baked bream, carp or carp

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 500 G BREAM, CARP OR CARP
→ 2 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL
→ 2 TABLESPOONS WHEAT FLOUR OR BREADCRUMBS
→ 0.5 CUP MILK

Peeled and washed fish cut along the spine, and then cut across into pieces, salt or lower for 2-3 minutes in salted milk, then roll in flour or breadcrumbs and put the skin up on a greased frying pan.

Brush the fish with oil and put it in the oven.

Fish fillet is baked at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for 6-7 minutes, and pieces with skin - 12 minutes.

On the table, the fish can be served in the same pan or transferred to a hot dish and pour oil from the pan on top.

To garnish, serve fried or boiled potatoes, fresh cucumbers or green salad.
