Baked fish (cod, hake, pollock or other)

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 500 G OF FISH (COD, HAKE, POLLOCK, ETC.)
→ 30 G BUTTER
→ 30 G OF HERBS (PARSLEY AND DILL)
→ 20 G VEGETABLE OIL
→ 2 GARLIC CLOVES
→ 100 G OF MILK
→ 1 RAW EGG
→ 1 TABLESPOON BREADCRUMBS

Cut the fish into fillets with skin without bones (see the article "Cutting fish") and finely chop, then season with salt and pepper, add chopped garlic and raw beaten egg.

Put the fish mass on a greased baking sheet, pour in milk, sprinkle with ground breadcrumbs (see the recipe "White breadcrumbs"). The mass should not be too thick. It is sprinkled with oil and baked in an oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

The finished fish is watered with melted butter and sprinkled with parsley and dill.
