Baked fish (cod, Lampang, Loban, Pollack or other)

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 500 G BONELESS FISH FILLETS (COD, OF LAMPANG, LOBAN, POLLOCK ETC.)
→ 3 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL
→ 2 EGGS
→ 2 TABLESPOONS WHEAT FLOUR
→ 2 TABLESPOONS 3% VINEGAR
→ 2 TOMATOES
→ 1 CUP OF MILK

Cut the fish fillet into strips (see"Cutting fish"), sprinkle with vinegar, salt and put in a greased saucepan. Top with slices of fresh tomatoes.

From milk, eggs and flour, knead the batter and pour it over the fish.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
