Bean (or soy) salad with herring

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ STRONG INFUSION OF BLACK TEA
→ MUSTARD
→ 300 G BOILED POTATOES
→ 300 G BONELESS SALTED HERRING FILLET
→ 2-3 PICKLES + 0.5 CUCUMBERS FOR DECORATION
→ 100 G GREEN ONIONS + 20 G ONIONS FOR DECORATION
→ 1,5 TEASPOONS OF SUGAR
→ 1.5 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL
→ 1 CUP GREEN BEANS OR SOY BEANS
→ 2 TABLESPOONS 3% VINEGAR

Put the cooked beans or soy beans on a sieve and cool. Herring previously soaked in tea, peel the skin, separate the flesh from the bones and cut into small pieces (see "Cutting fish" and "Processing salted herring"). Peel the boiled potatoes and pickles and cut them into slices. Finely chop the green onion.

2-3 tablespoons of beans or soy beans to RUB through a sieve (or twice pass through a meat grinder), mix with mustard, adding a little vegetable oil. Then add sugar and dilute with vinegar.

Prepared products: potatoes, other beans, cucumbers, sliced herring fillet, 100 g of chopped green onions mixed in a salad bowl. Pour the dressing with vinegar, sugar, mustard, vegetable oil and bean mixture.

Garnish the salad with green onions (20 g) and pieces of pickled cucumber (0.5 PCs.).
