Bean salad and herring in Danish

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 50 G GREEN LETTUCE LEAVES
→ 3 BOILED POTATOES
→ 150 G BONELESS FILLET OF SALTED HERRING
→ 1-2 TEASPOONS OF 3% VINEGAR
→ 100 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 1 CUP STRING BEANS
→ 0.5 HEADS OF ONIONS

Cut the bean pods into 2-3 parts and put them in a small amount of salted water with the addition of 1-2 hours of vinegar.

Finely chop the onion. Boil potatoes in a uniform, cool, peel, cut into thin slices. Cut the herring into small pieces (see the article "Cutting fish"). Mix all the ingredients, put in a salad bowl, season with mayonnaise.

Before serving, arrange the dish with green lettuce leaves.
