Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 3-4 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
→ 3 TABLESPOONS WHEAT FLOUR
→ 2.5-3 CUPS OF MILK
→ 2 RAW EGG YOLKS

The flour and butter fry. Then, without removing from the heat, with stirring, to dissolve the browned vegetables milk.

Add salt to the sauce and cook for 6-7 minutes at a low boil.

If desired, you can fill the bechamel with two raw yolks.
