Beet juice

To obtain beet juice, it is recommended to choose maroon root vegetables of medium size and cylindrical shape. In addition, it is important that there are no light streaks in the beet pulp!

So, beets should be thoroughly washed, freed from the tops and roots, then pour boiling water and peel. Next, either grate the beets finely on a plastic grater and squeeze through a double layer of sterile gauze, or simply pass through a juicer (preferably manual).

Let the juice stand for 2 hours, and then take it 50 ml-1/2 cup 2-3 times a day.

Note. Beet juice can be consumed both in its pure form and in the form of mixes. You can dilute it with apple, cucumber, carrot, cranberry or other juices. It all depends on individual preferences and medical prescriptions.
