Beet varieties "Bolivar" (Dutch selection)
"Bolivar" is a medium-early early-ripening beet variety of Dutch selection with ideal taste qualities. In addition, the variety has excellent shelf life (during storage does not lose its quality), cold resistance and high yield.
Aligned, smooth root vegetables of dark red color have a rounded shape and reach a mass of 200-230 g. Their flesh is tender, juicy, dense, without concentric rings. The color of the pulp is intensely red.
In cooking, the beet variety "bolivar" finds universal application and is successfully used both in fresh form and for various processing methods (retains color).
