Beet varieties "chervona kula" ("red ball") (Polish selection)
"Chervona kula", or "red ball" – a medium-early variety of beet of Polish selection with excellent taste qualities. The special advantages of this variety include: good keeping quality, cold resistance, high yield and resistance to lack of moisture.
Root crops of spherical shape and weighing 200-300 g are colored dark red. Their flesh is juicy, sweet, without division into annular zones. The color of the pulp is dark red with a purple tinge.
In cooking, beetroot of the Chervona kula variety finds universal application. It is used both in fresh form and for various processing methods (it is cooked quickly).
