Boiled bream, walleye or cod in parchment

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ SALT
→ WATER
→ 500 G FILLET OF BREAM, WALLEYE OR COD
→ 30 G PARSLEY
→ 2 TABLESPOONS SOFTENED BUTTER
→ 1 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE
→ 1 CARROT
→ 1 ONION

Prepared fillet of bream, walleye or cod cut into portions (see the article "Cutting fish"), pour salt water for 5 minutes (1 cup of cold boiled water – 1 tablespoon of salt), then remove the fish from the water and let it drain.

In parchment paper, greased with oil, put the fish fillet. On top of the fish fillet, put the oil mixed with pepper, grated carrots and onions, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. After that, fold the edges of the parchment paper in the form of a package, tie with twine, lower it into a saucepan filled with boiling water for 2\3, and cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat.

When serving, remove the fish and place it on a warmed dish along with the sauce. The fish can be served with boiled potatoes, seasoned with oil, and fresh or lightly salted cucumbers.
