Boiled cod

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ LEMON
→ 50 G BUTTER
→ 5 POTATOES
→ 30 G PARSLEY
→ 1 KG OF COD
→ 0.5 CUP 3% VINEGAR
→ 0.5 L FISH BROTH (FROM FISH WASTE) OR WATER

Clean the cod, disembowel, remove the head (see "Cutting fish"). Boil in fish broth (see the recipe "Fish broth") or in salted water, adding vinegar (see the article "Features of cooking boiled fish").

Remove the fish from the broth, dry it, put it on a platter, garnish with boiled potatoes, parsley and lemon slices. Separately serve the melted butter.
