Bulgarian pepper (red)
"Bulgarian" is a sweet large-fruited pepper, bred by Bulgarian breeders. This pepper is most often red, yellow,orange and green. All these colors correspond to different varieties that have different taste and chemical characteristics.
As a rule, the fruits of Bulgarian pepper are used in fresh and canned form: for stuffing (meat and vegetables); for making lechos and sauces; as a dressing for soup; as an additive to stew; as an integral component of various national dishes; as an ingredient for salads.
Bell peppers can be marinated, grilled or salted. Today, this pepper is popular all over the world.
