Bulgarian salad with rice and herbs

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 500 G OF FISH
→ 4 TABLESPOONS BOILED CRUMBLY RICE
→ 30 G CHOPPED PARSLEY OR DILL
→ 3 ONIONS
→ 150G MUSTARD DRESSING

For a Bulgarian salad with rice and herbs, boil the rice (see the recipe "Rice in Japanese"), cool, mix with fried onions and put a slide on a plate.

Boneless fillet of fish to boil and cut into pieces (see the article "Cutting fish" and "Features of cooking boiled fish").

Put the rice and pour the mustard dressing (see the recipe "Mustard dressing"). Garnish the Bulgarian salad with rice with parsley or dill.
