Butter with onions and mushrooms

Ingredients

→ TOMATO PASTE
→ SALT
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 3-4 TABLESPOONS SALTED, PICKLED OR BOILED MUSHROOMS
→ 100 G BUTTER
→ 1.5-2 TEASPOONS LEMON JUICE OR 3% VINEGAR
→ 1 SMALL ONION

Add finely chopped mushrooms to the whipped butter, season with salt, pepper, and, if necessary, tomato paste. If the mushrooms are salty, they should be pre-soaked for 1-2 hours. For taste, add 1.5-2 teaspoons of lemon juice or 3% vinegar to the soaked salted mushrooms.
