Canape sandwiches with chopped sprat and egg

Ingredients

→ 3-4 CHOPPED SPRATS
→ 25 G BUTTER OR SUNFLOWER OIL
→ 100 G (4 SLICES) WHITE BREAD OR 6-8 PIECES OF SALTED COOKIES
→ 1 HARD-BOILED EGG
→ 1 TOMATO OR 1 POD OF RED SWEET PEPPER

Cover bread or cookies with a thick layer of butter or put chopped sprat on buttered bread. On top of the sandwich, put a slice of egg, and then decorate with a slice of sweet pepper or a slice of tomato.
