Canape sandwiches with herring butter and beetroot

Ingredients
→ 200 G (8 SLICES) RYE BREAD
→ 100 G HAM OR HERRING OIL
→ 1 SALTED CUCUMBER
→ 0.5 BOILED BEETROOT
Bread without crusts cut into thin slices, spread on one side with ham or herring oil. Cut into small sandwiches, put a slice of beetroot on each, and top with a slice of pickled cucumber.
