Canape sandwiches with sprats, anchovies or salted herring

Ingredients

→ CAPERS
→ 5-6 TOMATOES
→ 50 G PARSLEY
→ 4 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 250-300 G ANCHOVIES, BONELESS KEELS OR BONELESS SLICES OF SALTED HERRING
→ 100 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 1 LOAF OF SLIGHTLY STALE RYE BREAD

On a piece of toasted rye bread, put a circle of tomato, on it – a circle of egg, and on top-anchovy, sprat or a piece of herring (see "Cutting fish").

Make a rim of mayonnaise around the sprat, put a "button" of mayonnaise on the sprat and decorate with a parsley leaf, capers or a piece of tomato.

If the canape is made from herring, then a piece of herring should be covered with a grid of mayonnaise.
