Ingredients

→ 30 G PARSLEY OR CELERY
→ 10 CRAYFISH
→ 1 TABLESPOON SALT
→ 1 CARROT
→ 1 ONION
→ 1 BAY LEAF

Put the washed crayfish in a saucepan, add the chopped carrots and onions, parsley or celery, bay leaf, pour 4-5 cups of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.

Serve the crayfish on the table in a saucepan with the broth or transfer to a deep plate and pour the broth together with carrots, parsley (celery) and onions.
