Canned horse mackerel, sultana (barabulka), sprats or salted herring, fried with fresh tomatoes

Ingredients

→ 3 FRESH OR 6 CANNED TOMATOES
→ 225 G OF CANNED HORSE MACKEREL IN OIL, SPRAT, CANNED SULTANKA (BARABULKA) OR SALTED HERRING
→ 20-30 G OF PARSLEY
→ 2 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL
→ 2 TABLESPOONS WHEAT FLOUR

Open the jar with horse mackerel and put the fish on a sieve to dry.

5-10 minutes before serving, roll the fish in flour, put it in a frying pan with preheated oil and fry on both sides.

Fried fish can be placed on a heated dish or served in the same pan, overlaid with tomatoes. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. In the same way, you can prepare canned sultanka (barabulka), salted herring and sprats in oil.
