Canned sterlet, horse mackerel or sprats in sour cream

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 30-40 G OF CHOPPED PARSLEY
→ 250 G CANNED STERLET, HORSE MACKEREL OR SPRAT
→ 1 TEASPOON WHEAT FLOUR
→ 1 TABLESPOON GRATED CHEESE
→ 1 TABLESPOON MELTED BUTTER
→ 0.5 CUP SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)

Transfer the fish from the jar to the pan, pour the sour cream sauce. The sauce is prepared as follows: put the sour cream on the fire and, when it boils, add 1 teaspoon of flour mixed with 1 teaspoon of melted butter, stir, boil for 1-2 minutes, and at the end add salt. Next, sprinkle the fish with grated cheese, sprinkle with oil and put in a preheated oven to 180-200 degrees for 5-6 minutes.

When serving, sprinkle the fish with chopped parsley. This dish can also be used as a hot snack.
