Canned sturgeon in sour cream with boiled potatoes

Ingredients

→ PICKLED OR FRESH CUCUMBERS (OPTIONAL)
→ GREENERY
→ 800 G OF POTATOES
→ 350 G CANNED STURGEON IN TOMATO SAUCE
→ 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
→ 1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)

Put the sturgeon out of the jar, cut into pieces, put it in a saucepan, pour in the tomato sauce, add sour cream, cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 5-6 minutes.

When serving, transfer the pieces of sturgeon to a warmed dish, garnish with boiled potatoes, seasoned with butter, pour the sauce obtained during cooking over the sturgeon, and sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Serve fresh or salted cucumbers with the sturgeon.
