Capelin with potatoes, fried in Russian

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ FROZEN CAPELIN – 6-8 PIECES
→ 5-6 BOILED POTATOES
→ 50 G BUTTER
→ 2 TABLESPOONS GRATED CHEESE
→ 2 TABLESPOONS SOUR CREAM ( 15% FAT CONTENT)
→ 1 TABLESPOON WHEAT FLOUR

Frozen capelin is cut into fillets without bones (see "Cutting fish"), breaded in flour mixed with salt, pepper ("Flour breading") and fried until a golden crust is formed.

Then, in a frying pan, greased with butter, put the fish, on top of sliced boiled potatoes, smeared with sour cream, sprinkled with grated cheese and baked in the oven until a golden crust is formed.

The dish is served with a salad of fresh vegetables.
