Carnaroli rice (medium grain)

Medium-grain rice "carnaroli" is rightfully considered the "king of Italian rice", as it has the most intense creamy taste of all medium-grain varieties.

From the point of view of cooking, "karanaroli" absorbs a lot of water, while never sticking together without forming a viscous porridge.

Most often, this rice is used for making risotto and cold rice dishes. The cooking time of "carnaroli" is about 20-35 minutes.
