Carp in South Czech

Ingredients

→ PINCH OF SALT
→ 90 G OF FAT (OIL OR BUTTER)
→ 250 ML DRY RED WINE
→ 1.5 KG OF CARP
→ 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER
→ 1 LEMON
→ 1 LITRE OF WATER

Peeled and butchered carp cut into portions, add salt and fry in hot fat on both sides. Carefully pour hot boiled water, wine and stew.

When the carp is ready, add lemon juice, salt, oil and cook a little more.

As a side dish to this dish, you can serve differently cooked potatoes.
