Carrot varieties " caramel"

"Karamelka" – a new, medium-ripe variety of carrots. It is valued for its excellent taste, high carotene content and excellent keeping quality.

The roots of the "caramel" are smooth, colored orange, with a juicy, tender and very sweet pulp. They have a cylindrical shape, while their length reaches 15-16 cm, and the weight is 95-160 g.

In cooking, carrots of the "karamelka" variety are used fresh, used for processing, and are also perfectly suitable for dietary and baby food.
