Catfish casserole with potatoes

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 600 G BOILED POTATOES
→ 500 G + 200 G CATFISH (OR FISH WASTE) INTO FISH STOCK FOR THE SAUCE
→ 30 G OF GREENS
→ 2.5 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
→ 1 CUP FISH SAUCE
→ 1 TABLESPOON GROUND WHEAT BREAD CRUMBS

Portioned pieces of 500 g of raw catfish without skin and bones put in a greased saucepan with butter (see "Cutting fish"), put slices of boiled potatoes on top, add salt, pour the sauce (see "Steam sauce for fish"), sprinkle with ground breadcrumbs, drizzle with oil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

When serving, sprinkle with herbs.
