Catfish fried with tomatoes

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 500 G BONELESS CATFISH FILLET
→ 400 G FRESH TOMATOES
→ 3 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OR GHEE OIL
→ 1.5 TABLESPOONS WHEAT FLOUR

Boneless catfish fillet free from the skin and cut into portions (see the article "Cutting fish"), sprinkle with salt and pepper, roll in wheat flour and fry in vegetable or ghee. Serve with toasted tomatoes. To do this, fresh tomatoes should first be cut in half, remove the seeds, season with salt, pepper and fry.
