Catfish salad with cheese

Ingredients

→ VINEGAR
→ SALT
→ SUGAR
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ WATER
→ 500 G BONELESS CATFISH FILLET
→ 200 G OF CHEESE
→ 20 G PARSLEY
→ 2 LEMONS
→ 1 SWEET AND SOUR APPLE
→ 1 PICKLE
→ 1 HEAD OF ONION
→ 0.5 CUPS SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)

Boil the catfish fillet (see the articles "Cutting fish" and "Features of cooking boiled fish"), adding a little vinegar (1 teaspoon), salt (0, 5 teaspoons) and ground black pepper to the water.

Cool the fish, cut into pieces and place on a platter.

Cut the Apple, onion and cucumber into cubes. Then add salt, pepper, lemon juice and mix it all with sour cream. Pour the resulting mixture over the fish, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
