Cauliflower of the "coquette" variety"
"Coquette" is a medium-ripe variety of cauliflower with excellent taste. This variety is also valued for its high yield.
"Coquette" forms large, dense, snow-white heads with a mass of 1.6-1.8 kg. In cooking, they are used fresh, as well as for long-term storage in the refrigerator and freezing. Separately, it is worth noting that this variety of cauliflower makes very tasty side dishes!
