Caviar, keta, pressed

Ingredients

→ A FEW SLICES OF LEMON
→ PARSLEY OR YOUNG CELERY
→ 75 G OF CAVIAR, GRAINY, KET OR PAJUS
→ 20 G GREEN ONION
→ 10-15 G OF BUTTER

Caviar is served in a special caviar bowl – a wide cupronickel or porcelain dish, in which a glass socket is inserted.

Grainy or ket caviar is placed in a slide on a rosette, and finely crushed food ice is placed in the caviar bowl.

Pressed caviar is placed on a small dessert plate with a circle, square or diamond with a thickness of 1-2 cm. On the sides it is decorated with sprigs of parsley or young celery. You can also garnish the caviar with lemon slices.

Separately, chopped green onions, a piece of butter, and a slice of lemon are served with caviar.

In addition, caviar is served with small pies stuffed with viziga or rice with fish.
