Chili pepper " rocotillo"
The "rocotillo" pepper has tiny pods with black seeds (approximately 2.5 x 2.5 cm). In the process of maturation, their color changes first from light green to dark green, and then from orange and light red to a rich dark red.
The taste of this type of pepper is sweet, low-burning. The smell of it is peculiar, fruity.
