Chinese Lemongrass bark

For medicinal purposes, the fruits, seeds, roots, leaves and bark of Chinese lemongrass are used.
Lemongrass bark has a lemon flavor. On the young stems of the plant, it is shiny, yellowish in color, and on the old ones-brown, wrinkled, flaky. It is harvested, as a rule, in the spring or during the fruiting period.
