Chives (schnitt)

The greens of the chives have a delicate aroma and a pleasant taste, characterized by a piquant bitterness without acrid sharpness.

The cutter can be used wherever a bow is required at all. In food, it is used finely chopped and added only at the end of cooking. Most often, it is an addition to egg dishes, sour cream sauce, soups, pates made of cheese and cottage cheese, fresh vegetable salads, side dishes made of rice, potatoes or pasta, mayonnaise, as well as vegetable oil-based dressings.
