Chopped herring

Ingredients

→ VINEGAR TO TASTE
→ A FEW SPRIGS OF PARSLEY
→ 50 G WHITE BREAD
→ 1-2 SALTED HERRING
→ 1 TABLESPOON VEGETABLE OIL
→ 1 SWEET AND SOUR APPLE + 1 APPLE PER DECORATION
→ 0.5 ONION

Boneless fillet of soaked, peeled herring finely chop, add soaked in milk and then pressed white bread, raw or toasted onion and grated apple. All this is mixed with again finely chop or pass through a meat grinder.

In the resulting mass, add vegetable oil and vinegar to taste, mix thoroughly and put on a herring tray in the form of a whole fish, putting the head and tail, and then cover with slices of raw apples and decorate with branches of parsley.
