Cod baked with onions and potatoes

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ SALT
→ 600 G POTATOES
→ 500G BONELESS COD FILLET
→ 50 G WHEAT FLOUR + 100 G FISH ROLL FLOUR
→ 40 G OF MILK
→ 2 EGGS
→ 2 ONIONS
→ 100 G MELTED BUTTER

Portioned pieces of cod fillet (see the article "Cutting fish"), add salt and pepper, roll in flour (see the recipe "Flour breading"), fry in melted butter.

Put the cod in a fireproof dish, put pieces of fried potatoes around, sprinkle with lightly fried onions, pour a mixture of 2 raw eggs, 50 g of flour and 40 g of milk and bake in the oven.
