Cod liver pate

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 50 G RADISH
→ 3-4 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 20 G PARSLEY
→ 2 TEASPOONS LEMON JUICE
→ 1 POD OF RED SWEET PEPPER
→ 1 TOMATO
→ 1 SMALL ONION
→ 1 CAN OF CANNED COD LIVER (230 G)

Crush the cod liver with a fork, add the chopped eggs and finely chopped (or grated) onion. 

Knead the pate until smooth. 

For decoration, you can use parsley, sliced pepper, as well as circles of tomato or radish.
