Cod liver salad with rice and pickles

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 50 G GREEN SALAD
→ 3-4 TABLESPOONS OF BOILED CRUMBLY RICE
→ 30 G PARSLEY
→ 3 PICKLES
→ 3 ONIONS
→ 2 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 150 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 125 G (1/2 CAN) CANNED COD LIVER
→ 1-2 SWEET PEPPER PODS
→ 100 G CANNED GREEN PEAS

To get a salad of cod liver with rice and pickles, onions should be cut into thin rings, bell pepper – straws, lettuce – into 3-4 parts, cucumbers, cod liver and eggs – slices.

Mix boiled rice with cod liver (see the recipe "Japanese rice"), bell pepper, eggs, onions, green salad and cucumbers. Mix everything, add canned peas to the ingredients. Then season the salad with salt and mayonnaise.

Before serving, garnish with a salad of cod liver with rice and pickles and chopped parsley.
