Cod liver salad with tomatoes

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 5 TOMATOES
→ 4 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
→ 4 FRESH CUCUMBERS
→ 250 G CANNED COD LIVER (1 CAN)

Cut the cod liver, tomatoes and cucumbers into slices, add finely chopped green onions, salt, pepper and season with the remaining cod fat.

Put the finished salad in a salad bowl and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
