Cod liver salad

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 8 GARLIC CLOVES
→ 4 TABLESPOONS GRATED CHEESE (DUTCH)
→ 30 G PARSLEY
→ 250 G CANNED COD LIVER (1 CAN)

Finely chop the cod liver and combine with grated cheese. The remaining fat in the jar is seasoned with finely chopped garlic, parsley.

Pour the prepared mixture over the cod liver, mix everything well and garnish with herbs.
