Cod salad with celery

Ingredients

→ 300 BONELESS COD FILLET
→ 3 TABLESPOONS FINELY CHOPPED PARSLEY
→ 2 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE
→ 2 FRESH CUCUMBERS
→ 2 CELERY ROOTS
→ 1 TOMATO
→ 0.5 CUPS OF MAYONNAISE

Fillet of cod (see the material "Cutting fish") thoroughly washed and boiled in salted water with the addition of lemon juice (see the article "Features of cooking boiled fish"). Cool the finished fillet and cut into small pieces. Peel the celery root, wash it and grate it on a coarse grater.

Washed cucumbers cut into slices, and tomatoes-slices. Mix the cod fillet, celery roots, cucumbers and tomatoes in a salad bowl and season with mayonnaise.

Garnish the finished salad with finely chopped parsley.
