Cod salad with fruit

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ SALT
→ 300 G BONELESS COD FILLET
→ 3 PERSIMMONS
→ 2 SOUR APPLES
→ 2 LEMON SLICES (FOR DECORATION)
→ 0.5 CUPS SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)

Wash the boneless cod fillet and boil it in a small amount of salted water until soft (see the articles "Cutting fish" and "Features of cooking boiled fish"), then remove from the broth, cool and cut into small slices.

Remove the bones from the ripe persimmon and cut into small cubes.

Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into strips.

Mix in a salad bowl pieces of cod fillet, persimmon, apples and season with sour cream and ground black pepper.

Before serving, decorate the finished salad with lemon slices.
