Cod salad with mayonnaise

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ GROUND PEPPER-PAPRIKA
→ 80 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 5-6 RADISHES
→ 50G CELERY SALAD
→ 200 G BONELESS COD FILLET
→ 100 G GREEN SALAD
→ 1 SWEET AND SOUR APPLE
→ 1 TABLESPOON 3% VINEGAR
→ 1 FRESH CUCUMBER

Celery, radish, cucumber and apple cut into strips 3 – 4 cm long, put in a bowl and put in the cold.

Cooked cold cod without skin and bones cut into pieces according to the number of servings (see materials "Cutting fish" and "Features of cooking boiled fish"), put on a plate, pour vinegar and also put in a cold place.

Before serving, add a little salt to the vegetables, mix with 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and place on the lettuce leaves, pre-washed and dried on a napkin. On top of the vegetables, put the pieces of cod, pour the remaining mayonnaise and sprinkle with pepper-paprika.
