Cod stewed with onions

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ SALT
→ WATER
→ 800 G OF POTATOES
→ 750 G COD
→ 50 G PARSLEY
→ 4 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
→ 300 G TOMATOES
→ 150 G ONION
→ 1 TABLESPOON 3% VINEGAR

Peeled and cut into thin slices, lightly fry the onion in a frying pan. In the same pan, put the prepared and salted pieces of cod (see the article "Cutting fish"), cover with slices of tomatoes, pour 3-4 tablespoons of cold boiled water, salt and pepper the tomatoes, put them around the cod circles of fried potatoes. Pour oil on top of everything, cover the pan with a lid and put it in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

When serving, sprinkle the cod with finely chopped parsley and drizzle with vinegar.
