Cod stewed with white cabbage

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ VEGETABLE OIL
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 800 G WHITE CABBAGE
→ 500 G COD
→ 2 TABLESPOONS MELTED BUTTER
→ 2 TABLESPOONS WHEAT FLOUR
→ 1 CUP RED SAUCE (MAIN SAUCE)
→ 1 SMALL ONION

Cut the prepared cod into portions (see the article "Cutting fish"), season with salt and pepper, roll in wheat flour and fry in melted butter.

Chop the fresh cabbage, put it in a saucepan, add the chopped onion, vegetable oil, pour the red sauce, simmer until tender.

Then put part of the stewed cabbage in a thin layer in a saucepan, put the pieces of fried cod on it, on top-again a layer of cabbage, pour the red sauce (see the recipe "Red Sauce") and simmer for 1 hour.
