Cold appetizer of canned salmon
Ingredients
→ TOMATO SAUCE FOR FISH
→ FRESH CUCUMBERS
→ TOMATOES
→ BLACK OLIVES, PITTED
→ CANNED SALMON
→ PARSLEY GREENS
Large pieces of canned salmon cut into small pieces, put on a platter and pour the tomato sauce ( see " Tomato sauce for fish (classic)").
On top of the salmon, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, and cover around with slices of fresh cucumber and tomato or pitted olives.
