→ CAVIAR, KETA, PRESSED
→ PARSLEY GREENS
→ GREEN ONIONS

The keta or caviar should be served in a special caviar dish. Separately, you can serve finely chopped green onions to the caviar.

Caviar pressed caviar, decorated with sprigs of parsley, is served in the form of an oblong block in cornice or plate. Such caviar is garnished, as a rule, with lemon slices. In addition, it is served with unsalted butter.
